At the core of our menu is the Leige waffle, a sweeter, smaller cousin to the well-known Belgian waffle. Leige waffles are dough-based and yeast-raised, caramelized on the outside with crunches of pearl sugar throughout. It’s perfect dusted with cinnamon, covered with sweet cream, key lime curd, or as the bread to a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich- we could go on here, but we’ll let you decide.
